The Guest Services Concierge 1 is a Fast Pass position which involves checking guests into the facility.
Responsibilities
- Enhances Facility Safety - Scanning guests into a hospital is critical for security because it transforms visitor management from a passive process into a proactive safety measure.
- Protects Vulnerable Populations - Especially important in areas like pediatrics maternity where patients are more vulnerable.
- Creates a Digital Paper Trail - Every entry is logged with a timestamp and a badge is printed with a photo. The color badges changes daily to discourage individuals from re-entering unauthorized by reusing or duplicating a badge.
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent.
- Good communication/verbal skills ability to multitask basic computer skills.
