We are seeking a talented individual to join our Quality Governance team at Darwin. This role will be based in Cluj. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes and services. You will be part of the Quality Governance team working closely with various stakeholders to develop implement and monitor quality standards across the organization.
We will count on you to:
- Develop and maintain quality governance frameworks policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support training and awareness initiatives related to quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management on quality performance.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Quality Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance governance or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What makes you stand out
- Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) is a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated industry or large corporate environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence change.
