Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager (Chapter Lead) Retail/TMC as Indirect Channel Training and Engagement Manager (Senior Sales Specialist) you will develop and deliver training and support to our valued Air New Zealand trade partners as well as the internal sales teams. You will support the ongoing commercial viability of the business and maximise revenue and yield opportunities through developing training tools and solutions and providing technical and product support.
The role you will play:
Essential to this role will be your outstanding communication training and relationship building skills along with a high degree of operational capability. You will be confident resilient flexible and possess strong sales capability combined with the ability to challenge the status quo and deliver on results. You will understand your clients needs and challenges and are fully committed to partnering with them to provide a world-class solution.
This is an Auckland based role.
