You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director Commercial Operations and Automation to lead the transformation of our commercial workflows and drive automation at scale for our three leading global brands - foodora foodpanda and yemeksepeti across 17 markets. This role will sit at the intersection of operations technology and commercial strategy ensuring our account management (AM) teams are empowered with efficient tools and processes that eliminate manual work and unlock growth.
This is a regional leadership role responsible for designing and driving programs to be adopted across multiple markets. The role requires strong stakeholder management to secure local buy-in ensure effective adoption and balance regional consistency with local flexibility - including tailoring initiatives to fit specific market needs where appropriate.

Empower Account Management (AM): Free up valuable time for AMs by automating repetitive manual tasksallowing them to focus on delivering value and growing partner relationships.
Champion Automation and Innovation: Lead our automation AI and efficiency initiatives across the commercial organizationincluding special projects that redefine how we work and serve our partners.
Drive high-impact transformation initiatives that challenge the status quo and redefine how we operate with a focus on scaling efficiency enhancing cross-functional collaboration and embedding new ways of working across the organization.
Your impact:
Lead Automation Initiatives: Identify prioritize and implement automation projects across the commercial function with a focus on improving AM workflows reporting and partner communications.
Workflow Optimization: Map existing commercial processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies redesigning them with scalable tech-enabled solutions.
AI & Tooling Strategy: Drive adoption of AI and intelligent automation tools (e.g. predictive analytics chatbots email automation) to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Project Management: Own and deliver cross-functional projects that impact commercial performance collaborating with Product Tech Data and local markets.
Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs to measure impact of automation and operational improvements. Use data to continuously refine processes and prove ROI.
Commercial Enablement: Partner and influence Commercial Leadership to identify operational needs support rollouts of new initiatives and standardize best practices across markets.
Change Management: Act as a change agent ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes across regions and teams.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through automation and innovation.
Qualifications :
812 years of experience in commercial operations business process automation strategy consulting or a similar role - ideally within high-growth tech e-commerce or marketplaces.
Strong track record of leading cross-functional automation or transformation programs.
Deep understanding of sales/account management processes operational processes metrics and workflows.
Familiarity with AI and modern commercial tech stacks (e.g. Salesforce Looker etc.).
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and strong project management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and inspire across functions and levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
