Job Description
Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.
This role involves:
- Operating the optical edger equipment efficiently
- Handling rejects errors and other delays to resolve issues
- Monitoring job status and ensuring older rush and hot jobs are prioritized correctly
- RF scanning and observing data on job trays
- Working with other associates in the lab specifically the Finish Department to make certain job are moved according to processes and quickly to the Finish team to finalize orders
- Following all SOPs safety guidelines and meeting production expectations
- Handling any other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications :
- No specific education required
- Prior optical production with minimum 6 months relevant experience
- Must be able to read and write English
