Your core technical contributions involve delivering essential architecture solutions including data architecture across multiple technical domains within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Global Client Onboarding to support project objectives.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the data architecture framework standards and principles for Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) ensuring scalability performance and security.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and execute the data strategy aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality consistency and compliance.
- Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate data from various sources ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools that enhance data capabilities and support business needs.
- Work closely with IT business units and external partners to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies incorporating best practices into the data architecture.
- Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to ensure effective use and understanding of the data architecture.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture Data management or related roles within the financial services industry.
- AWS Cloud experience in building solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
