Position Summary...
What youll do...
Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates and supervisors are trained company policies and procedures; distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation; monitoring compliance with policies procedures standards and area production goals; and identifying and resolving internal/external Customer associate and supervisor concerns.
Manage and develop associates and supervisors in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads; communicating goals monitoring performance and providing feedback; teaching and supporting company policies and procedures; and participating in the hiring promotion coaching training and evaluation of associates and supervisors.
Manage financial aspects in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses; monitoring asset utilization; and preparing reviewing and/or analyzing business reports.
Communicate with Customers suppliers and/or other Wal-Mart associates verbally or in writing.
