Enterprise Architect Specialist - IT
Full-Time 80 Hours per pay period Day Shift

The Enterprise Architect Specialist is responsible for establishing direction of IT technology and security architecture aimed at keeping the organization on the forefront of change. Dispenses technical advice guidance direction and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures.
Leads complex projects and ensures the success of enterprise-level application rollouts. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions conducts business reviews documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications. May contribute in the planning of the overall organizational IT strategy.

Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration computer science or information management. Alternatively related field equivalent work experience and or certification will be considered.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of fourteen (14) years of increasing responsibility in related IT work experience is required. Experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred. Demonstrated customer service and communication skills. Leadership and IT project management experience required. Must maintain highest level of technical expertise.
Licensure Requirement:
Employee must have a valid Tennessee drivers license Class D and state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
