The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about transforming complex data into strategic intelligence At Pyrotek were seeking a Sr. Developer BI & Database to design and implement scalable high-performance data solutions that fuel our decision-making and operational excellence across the globe.
This role is perfect for a seasoned data expert who thrives in fast-paced cross-functional environments and is ready to take data architecture warehousing and analytics to the next level.
What Youll Do:
- Architect and build enterprise-grade data platforms that support analytics and business intelligence at scale.
- Develop and maintain robust data models data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with leaders and global team members across departments to define KPIs and design real-time and batch data solutions that drive strategy.
- Create powerful dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI Tableau or Qlik.
- Lead implementation of best practices in data governance lifecycle management and secure analytics.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends in AI machine learning and automationand bring them to life at Pyrotek.

Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years experience in data architecture engineering or analytics development.
- Expertise in SQL Python and database platforms (e.g. Azure Synapse AWS Redshift Fabric).
- Hands-on experience integrating data from ERP MES CRM and other enterprise applications.
- A strong grasp of real-time/batch analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-first mindset.
- A passion for continuous improvement and professional development.
Physical/Sensory Requirements

Must be able to sit for long periods-of-time bend and reach use stairs lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and communicate effectively in English by telephone in person and in writing. Effectively use a personal computer office equipment and telephone.
Working Environment
While performing the essential responsibilities of this position the team member will generally work in an office environment with exposure to a manufacturing environment that may present loud noise moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including approved footwear respirators and safety glasses/goggles may be required.
Additional Information :
The minimum and maximum salaryrange for this full-time position is $90000 - $140k benefits. Relocation benefits may be available if deemed applicable based on candidate location.
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including but not limited tojob-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
