Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical tasks such as creation of SAP requisitions processing goods receipts and vendor invoice resolution.
- Creation of notifications for planned work scopes and project activities as needed.
- Supporting Turnaround Managers in the financial and work order close out.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Collaborate with turnaround team members.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and report documentation
- Associate degree or technical certification in project management or related field.
- Technical skills and aptitude.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
