The Inpatient Malignant Hematology/Cellular Therapy Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead at Mayo Clinic Florida offers a unique and impactful leadership opportunity within one of the nations most advanced hematologic malignancy and cellular therapy programs. This role supports a dynamic high-acuity inpatient practice that includes bone marrow transplantation CAR-T cell therapy and complex malignant hematology care all delivered in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
As the APP Lead you will help shape clinical operations drive quality initiatives mentor a team of skilled APPs and contribute to innovations in inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:
During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview a question will appear on your screen and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.
New Grads will not be considered at this time Minimum of 3 years of inpatient clinical experience (hematology/oncology preferred)
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current FL RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP ANP or ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice.
