Role Overview:

As Collision Center Manager youll oversee all day-to-day operations including production flow quality control staff development and customer satisfaction. Youll ensure repair orders are completed efficiently profitably and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coach and motivate a team of technicians estimators and support staff

• Manage workflow to maximize shop efficiency and cycle time

• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors

• Oversee parts procurement repair quality and final delivery

• Ensure compliance with all safety legal and operational standards

• Drive CSI performance and ensure top-tier customer service

Ideal Candidate:

• 3 years of collision center management experience

• Proven leadership in a high-volume collision repair environment

• Strong understanding of DRP programs and insurance processes

• I-CAR certification (Gold Class or higher preferred)

• Proficiency with estimating systems (CCC One preferred)

• High level of integrity organization and accountability
