About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sr. Director Analytics to lead our analytics strategy and execution focusing on driving value for Hi-Tech Professional Services and Loyalty accounts. This leadership role is central to shaping our data-driven decision-making culture enabling actionable insights and delivering measurable impact across client a senior leader you will oversee advanced analytics initiatives build high-performing teams and partner closely with business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement operational efficiency and business Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies for Hi-Tech Professional Services and Loyalty programs ensuring alignment with business and manage a high-performing analytics team fostering a culture of curiosity innovation and continuous closely with business leaders account teams and clients to understand objectives and deliver actionable and oversee delivery of advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling customer segmentation churn analysis and personalization data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards and storytelling outputs for executive and operational the operationalization of analytics insights into client workflows maximizing adoption and business governance frameworks for data quality security and compliance across all analytics ahead of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our analytics vendor and partner relationships to bring in cutting-edge tools and findings insights and recommendations to C-level executives and client stakeholders in a clear and compelling Requirements:15 years of experience in analytics leadership roles with demonstrated success in managing large complex analytics expertise in Hi-Tech Professional Services environments and Loyalty account understanding of customer lifecycle analytics loyalty metrics customer segmentation and personalization at in advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling statistical analysis and data -on experience with analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Python R SQL Tableau Power BI Google Analytics Adobe Analytics).Experience with cloud-based data and analytics environments (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience growing and mentoring diverse communication and storytelling abilities with a track record of influencing senior or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Business Analytics or a related field. Qualifications :
