As the Learning & Development Coordinator youll be the supporting force behind the success of the Performance and Capability Teams projects. You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of L&D activities including managing our learning management system and yourtownsLinkedIn Learning account. It offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring L&D professionals to join a supportive and dynamic team helping to develop and refine their skills.
You will fine-tune the LMS system conduct impactful reports and seamlessly handle the administration of yourtownscentralised training request process. You will work with all parts of the organisation to develop and maintain organisational training plans. You will actively participate in training projects and other exciting initiatives supporting the employee experience.
