Server - Wildflower (Evenings)
As a Server you will be an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine that are the hallmarks of our dining experience.
This is a full-time permanent role starting December 2025.
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.10 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $19.80
Job Duties Include:
- Take ownership of guests dining experiences providing a professional yet attentive rapport attending to their requests
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Exceptional service with knowledge of wines and specials
Qualifications :
- Previous service experience in a fine-dining establishment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
