As the Clinic Manager at Mondrian Gold Coast you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ciel Spa department ensuring that guests receive exceptional personalised service in line with our luxury brand standards. You will lead and manage a team of talented professionals driving service excellence and achieving departmental goals while fostering a culture of guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Director Spa and Wellness you will work closely with all hotel departments to elevate guest experiences resolve conflicts and ensure seamless operations. You will:
Lead and oversee the spa team to deliver outstanding and personalised guest services ensuring all guests receive a warm and courteous welcome.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences providing recommendations and arranging personalised services such as treatment bookings gym enquiries product enquiries hotel and package services to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of spa and wellness within the local facilities wellness events and services acting as a spa and cultural connoisseur for Mondrian guests.
Provide services such as massage facial and body treatments to guests including exclusive VIP guests.
Maintaining Hair and Beauty award regulations for spa operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa desk ensuring all tasks and guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
THE REQUIREMENTS
