Position: Service Manager
As Service Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the service department ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and team members. This is a critical leadership role in a dealership that prides itself on long-standing success and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the service department ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Hire train and lead a team of service advisors technicians and support staff
- Monitor workflow productivity and quality of work
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and safety protocols
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in service department leadership (Service Manager or Assistant Manager)
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- A customer-first mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with dealership software (CDK Reynolds & Reynolds etc.)
- Ford experience a plus but not required
