Senior Scrum Master with BFSI domain experience - SYDNEY
Senior Scrum Master with over 10 years of total experience including a minimum of 4 years in a senior Scrum Master role to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery within the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives).
- Coach and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes using Agile principles.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Ensure alignment with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks where applicable.
- Work closely with Product Owners Delivery Leads and other stakeholders to deliver business value.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of total professional experience with at least 4 years as a Senior Scrum Master.
- Proven experience delivering Agile projects in the BFSI sector is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban and SAFe.
- Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Scrum Master PMI-ACP or equivalent).
- Must be an Australian Citizen Permanent Resident or hold a valid visa with full work rights in Australia.
