Pfizer Inflammation and Immunology strives to deliver breakthroughs that enable freedom from day-to-day suffering for people living with chronic inflammatory diseases which can be debilitating disfiguring and distressing. LITFULO one of Pfizers 25 by 25 launches is a JAK3/TEC molecule that received approval in June 2023 and is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for severe AA in adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Currently there are three FDA-approved medicine for severe AA with new competitors entering the market starting mid-2026.

The LITFULO HCP Director is a crucial role that will lead all field force marketing efforts and support the strategy and execution of key HCP-focused resources. This high-visibility position will support a number of key milestones strategic and tactically focused. This position will report to the US LITFULO Brand lead and will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external vendors.

How You Will Achieve It

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead all personal promotional efforts including field force strategy tactical execution and training

  • Support the fully branded HCP creative campaign evolution across major tactics & channels

  • Support creation of our enhanced messaging platform by strategically incorporating market research and RC feedback

  • Adapt and advance objection handling in response to field feedback and update if needed

  • Evolve core HCP messaging platform based on new data upcoming publications as well as key market research insightsto prepare to include in core materials in 2026

  • Serve as the LITFULO Segmentation Lead responsible for tracking segmentation impact across HCP channels refining field messaging based on segmentation-driven market research insights and aligning updates with evolving brand performance metrics.

  • Analyze launch performance and reporting metrics to adjust strategies and execute marketing levers to appropriately impact the business

  • Lead all samples/supply initiatives including forecasting

  • Lead Field Insights Team (FIT) and partner closely with sales leadership on key initiatives including POAs and preceptorships

  • Lead planning and execution for FAST start and POA

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including Sales Commercial Effectiveness Medical Compliance Integrated insights and strategy (IIS) and Professional Relations Team (PRT) to advance critical workstreams

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Prior experience launching brands campaigns or other initiatives preferred

  • Demonstrated success in developing executing and measuring complex programs or initiatives

  • Strong team player with ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills gathers input from key stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure to take accountability for business challenges think strategically and boldly to tackle complex problems.

  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced high-energy environment

  • Ability to execute in the face of ambiguity or change

  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of internal and external audiences including senior Pfizer leadership and senior management from external organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and individuals to impact business performance.

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA/MS Degree with 7 years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 5 years of experience.

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
