Job Summary:
McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce LLP is seeking an initiative-taking Mississippi licensed Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney with 23 years of experience to join our dynamic National Bankruptcy team. Our firm represents secured creditors with a primary focus on mortgage default legal services including Chapter 7 11 and 13 bankruptcy matters across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Bankruptcy Code experience handling contested and uncontested matters and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.
