Johnson Controls is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Service Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team at JCI. If you have a solid background in Oracles business intelligence and analytics reporting tools focused on ETL processes and data warehousing this could be your next opportunity! How you will do it
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for OBIEE dashboards and reports.
Manage and monitor OBIEE and Informatica infrastructure to ensure system availability performance and reliability.
Perform regular health checks of OBIEE servers dashboards and reports.
Troubleshoot system issues including performance bottlenecks data inconsistencies and application errors.
Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization like Application DBA Data Lake and Infrastructure.
What you will need
Expertise in OBIEE repository development (RPD) dashboards and Answers.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
Ability to optimize OBIEE performance and manage metadata.
Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter including workflow development mappings and transformations.
Expertise in ETL concepts data modeling and data warehousing.
Experience with debugging and performance tuning ETL processes.
Preferred
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field.
Familiarity with other Oracle tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
