Job Description
Job Description: Full Time Pre School Aid
Location: Monroe MI 48161
We are currently seeking a Full Time Pre School Aid to join our team at Monroe Catholic Elementary Schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Supervise children during playtime and outdoor activities
- Help children with basic needs such as feeding toileting and dressing
- Monitor and report any signs of emotional or developmental concerns to lead teacher
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Must obtain and keep current training certifications in CPR First Aid Communicable Diseases Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention required by the State of Michigan
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for early childhood education
