In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Power Platform Specialist (Associate) to join our Tech team.

• Develop user-friendly applications using Power Apps to solve business problems including canvas and model-driven apps

• Design automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes and integrate with various data sources

• Use Copilot Studio to develop AI agents that address business needs

• Innovate and research new solutions by exploring emerging technologies and features in the Power Platform

• Engage directly with clients and end-users to gather requirements demonstrate prototypes and ensure solutions meet their needs in a client-facing environment

• Collaborate closely with business units and internal teams like the Microsoft 365 enablement team and Power Platform community of practice

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in Power Platform applications and provide timely resolutions

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Power Platform applications and implement governance best practices

What you bring matters

• Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows in a production environment

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration (e.g. SharePoint Teams Excel/OneDrive); SharePoint experience is required

• JavaScript experience is a plus

• Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder for creating intelligent chatbots or automations is a strong plus

• UI/UX experience in Power Apps is considered an advantage

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-900 PL-400) are a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams

• Passion for innovation continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest tech advancements

• Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
