The role
In this role youll lead the team of Site Rangers ensuring a seamless visitor experience while maintaining the safety and security of the grounds at the Royal Botanic Gardens. Youll manage day-to-day operations including overseeing site safety security and compliance while building strong relationships with internal teams volunteers and external stakeholders.
Youll handle the challenges of balancing multiple priorities from managing large crowds during major events to ensuring compliance with garden regulations. Your leadership and proactive approach will help maintain a positive visitor experience and safeguard the gardens assets and reputation.
