The Role
The ABC is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead the development and implementation of high-quality strategic communications that align with the ABCs strategy and objective.
The Job
- Develop and deliver internal communications strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Advise senior leaders on effective messaging risks and engagement opportunities.
- Lead internal communications for key areas including People & Culture and organisational change.
- Oversee internal messaging across all divisions to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage major campaigns initiatives and sensitive projects that impact culture and staff engagement.
- Provide guidance and solutions during change and sensitive issues to maintain trust.
- Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and represent the Communications team in committees.
- Lead and support the Communications team promoting collaboration high performance and organisational values.

About You
You have strong leadership and negotiation abilities to guide and influence others and a proven track record in delivering change initiatives.
Youll also have:
- Tertiary qualifications and extensive senior experience in communications issues and stakeholder management.
- Strong writing communications planning and preparation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effective under pressure in complex environments.
- Skilled in research analysis problem-solving and providing solutions.
- Experience managing budgets and resources and working with sensitive confidential information in executive offices.
- Committed to building inclusive diverse workplace cultures.
