Job Summary:
The Assistant Storekeeper is an entry-level role focused on supporting materials management activities. This position involves maintaining warehouse cleanliness handling materials with forklifts preparing shipments and assisting with inventory control. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain warehouse and material yard cleanliness.
- Manage trash disposal.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts.
- Prepare items for transport to the Distribution Center.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Collaborate with various teams.
- Learn and utilize relevant software systems for tracking and ordering.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping and delivery materials.
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits.
- Operate cutting tools and blowers.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Certification in Forklift Operations (including successful completion of the required training and test).
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
