PLEASE READ THE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS to ensure a quick turnaround time! ----- Dermatology MA - Seattle WA AND Renton WA **This position is available for LOCAL and TRAVEL candidates as this position is open for FMLA coverage.** - Start Date: ASAP - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Shift: 4x10hr Days (Fridays OFF) 0700-1730 ***Mon/Thurs shifts will be at the First Hill location (1101 Madison St) Tues/Wed shifts will be at the Renton location (1801 SW Lind Ave)*** - Years of Experience REQ: At least 6 months of experience working as an MA preferably in an adult outpatient pediatric or private clinic. - First-Timers Accepted: Yes - Weekend REQ: No; Schedule is Monday - Thursday - Certs REQ: BLS - Is on-call REQ No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes between clinics within skillset (First Hill on Mon/Thurs Renton on Tues/Wed) - Open to accommodating block schedule No - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: No WA MA-C License is REQUIRED - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) SPECIAL NOTES - Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation (NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION) and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - Candidate must have MA experience and good with computer skills/EMR as scribing during visits is part of their task. - MA-C to work with dermatologist. Rooming scribing procedures. - 15 min appointments average 35-40 patients daily - Team consists of 1 dermatologist and 2 other MAs (1 MA-C and 1 MA-R) HOSPITAL HIGHLIGHTS - Type of Facility: General (Dermatology) - Charting: EPIC (experience preferred) - Attire / Scrub Color: Any basic color scrubs ----- JOB TITLE TAGS DEFINITIONS: Temp to Perm (LOCALS ONLY) The job is strictly for local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
