Our client is a company operating a marketplace for consumers sellers and content creators. It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by thirdparty sellers.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify root causes of audit defects and partner with A&M audit team to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Experience in a quality control function a plus.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and processes.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret information received
- 7 years total experience is required
Leadership Principles:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of quality reviews for assigned TRC audit programs ensuring adherence to the 99% quality threshold
- Expand GQ team coverage to include new programs with the Global Audit and Monitoring team purview
- Partner with regional A&M leaders GSRC and Compliance teams to align quality review parameters with business and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the transition to a programmatic quality oversight model by developing SMEs and standardizing processes.
- Identify root causes of audit defects and partner with A&M audit team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop mechanisms to optimize quality sampling plans for audit programs consistently meeting quality targets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine audit methodologies and identify training needs.
- Represent GQC in leadership discussions presenting insights on audit quality performance and improvement initiatives.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field of study
- Ability to work under pressure handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly.
- Work with virtual teams with the highest levels of team spirit and integrity.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret information received.
- Demonstrated research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working in a highly metrics driven environment.
- Experience handling confidential data.
- Flexibility with working hours.
Preferred qualifications:
