Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Development & Strategy
- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow instances.
- Contribute to platform roadmap and enforce engineering standards.
- Guide solution design and implementation aligned with best practices.
- Module Implementation
- Develop and implement ITSM ITOM ITAM (SAM/HAM) CMDB SecOps and Service Request modules.
- Configure SSO email notifications MID Server user groups and permissions.
- Integration & Automation
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications (e.g. ESRI ARMIS PDQ Inventory).
- Leverage REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers for automation and data exchange.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor development teams (onshore/offshore).
- Manage task assignments code quality and release activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders business consultants and SMEs.
- Testing & Documentation
- Conduct functional system integration and performance testing.
- Provide technical documentation training programs and UAT support.
- Compliance & Security
- Ensure platform compliance with security standards.
- Remediate vulnerabilities and conduct access reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 10-12 years in ServiceNow development and engineering.
- 2 years in team management and leadership roles.
- 3 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide scripting AngularJS
- Experience with CMDB ITIL processes and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of security compliance and data migration
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Problem-solving and stakeholder management
- Adaptability and collaboration in client-facing environments
