Job Title: MS Exchange 365 Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MS Exchange 365 Administrator to provide technical support and administration for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook environments. This role involves troubleshooting maintaining email systems and ensuring seamless user experience and server performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365 and Outlook issues across desktop environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve user tickets related to email configuration connectivity synchronization and performance
- Assist with email setup migrations and mailbox management
- Resolve issues related to email delivery spam filtering and Exchange policies
- Monitor Exchange server health and perform routine maintenance and system checks
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal integration and functionality of Exchange services
- Maintain accurate documentation for Exchange/Outlook support processes and troubleshooting procedures
- Manage ticketing through Remedy and ensure adherence to SLA requirements
- Stay current with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 updates and best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365 and Outlook
- Proficiency in troubleshooting email delivery configuration and performance issues
- Familiarity with spam filtering mailbox policies and user access controls
- Experience working with ticketing systems like Remedy
- Knowledge of SLAs and service-oriented support practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
