Job Description:
- Seeking a GenAI Engineer experienced with AWS Bedrock for transforming contact center applications. The candidate should be skilled in infrastructure automation and cloud-native integration using modern AWS services.
Required Skills:
- AWS Bedrock setup and configuration
- Experience with Terraform scripting for infra automation
- Lambda Step Functions SSO integrations
- Integration of on-prem systems with AWS
- GenAI implementation in Contact Center transformation
