Job Description
A Menswear Fashion Brand is currently hiring for a Fashion Assistant. We are seeking candidates passionate and experienced in menswear with emphasis on suits kaftans shirts and trousers to join our team at Atafo. You will ensure every client gets an amazing experience from start to finish from their first enquiry or call to delivery of the finished garment. This role requires an understanding of menswear measurements suit designs tailoring fit alteration customer preferences and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of professionalism and style be passionate about mens fashion and be able to ensure every customer leaves 100% satisfied.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- See to the day-to-day administrative tasks in relation to menswear
- Handle client scheduling and walk ins where they provide customers with expert advice on fabric selection garment construction finalize order and handle fittings.
- Liaise with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality control on customers orders.
- Manage customers journey perfectly from start to finish
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the menswear industry ideally within retail or a design/fashion house
- Strong understanding of menswear design principles garment construction and fit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations internally and with customers
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging trends in menswear fashion
- Passion for fashion
- Keen eyes for details
- Educational background in fashion or related fields will be a plus
- Candidates must reside in proximity to Lekki
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Preferably male
