Job Description
- Define and optimize machine settings (shot parameters temperature vacuum etc.).
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and reduce scrap/rework.
- Collaborate with quality team on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating conditions.
- Train operators on process controls and quality standards.
- Support new product launches and trial runs
Requirements
- Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma.
- Deep knowledge of high-pressure die casting process.
- Experience in process troubleshooting and improvement.
