Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Service Advisor for the Express Lane at our dealership. The Service Advisor will be responsible for welcoming customers determining their needs for vehicle maintenance and repairs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them with determining their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate cost estimates and time estimates for services
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on service status
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay updated on product knowledge and dealership offerings for customers
