Job Description
As a Product Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating and administrating all product samples in the studio making sure products are shot according to trends andtimeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Unpack register label sort incoming products
- Organize and keep the wardrobe up to date(re-organize clear out garments/accessories etc).
- Prepare and secure product samples for scheduled shoots ensuring readiness and accuracy.
- Create detailed set lists in our system to guide shoot execution and styling.
- Manage post-shoot sample handling including returns storage and documentation.
- Close dialogue and collaboration with the Production manager and Stylist to secure planning.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You work closely with all teams in the studio and the assortment teams making sure products are shot according to trends and timeline.

- Previous work experience in a storeis meritorious.
