Your role:
- As a Junior Web Analyst (m/f/d) you will support the implementation and further development of Google Analytics Looker and Looker Studio within the organization
- You will conduct analyses to identify optimization potential in the areas of product development marketing and management
- You will assist in the planning execution and evaluation of A/B tests using Optimizely to increase the conversion rate
- You will support the assurance of data quality the creation of reports and dashboards as well as the monitoring of relevant KPIs
- In addition you will contribute to promoting a data-driven company culture by preparing and presenting analysis results in a clear and comprehensible way for various teams
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics business administration statistics marketing or a comparable background
- Initial experience with Google Analytics (GA4) tag management systems Looker and Looker Studio
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization as well as initial experience using BigQuery for data analysis and integrations with visualization tools
- Basic understanding of GA4 implementation for mobile apps (Flutter iOS Android) and web platforms along with a willingness to dive deeper into topics like Firebase Analytics and custom event tracking
- Some familiarity with data layer implementation server-side tagging and building reliable tracking infrastructure for web and mobile applications or the willingness to learn these topics
- Strong communication and presentation skills fluent in German and proficient in English
