Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

As an Business Development Manager - SAP HXM (m/f/d) you will be part of shaping the future of HR strategies processes and technologies with our clients. With your expertise you will guide organizations on their HR transformation journey ensuring they achieve their strategic goals and maximize ROI.

  • You will create comprehensive roadmaps for HR transformation and optimize HR processes (including AI) for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design HR-IT system architectures and define functional specifications tailored to client needs following our SAP product strategy.
  • Build compelling business cases and perform ROI calculations.
  • Conduct readiness assessments to ensure successful transformation.
  • Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and support.
  • Conduct project reviews and health checks to ensure ongoing success.

Qualifications :

  • You bring hands-on experience in HR transformation ideally working with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • You think strategically and love solving complex challenges turning ideas into actionable plans.
  • Youre a natural communicator building strong relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.
  • You know how to optimize HR processes and seamlessly integrate technology to make them smarter and more effective.
  • Youre confident working with HR-IT license and metric models.
