Description

As a solution engineer you have the chance to develop in a very broad spectrum ranging from product expertise customer interaction communication and general IT market knowledge. Successful Solutions Engineers are highly talented individuals that develop and combine business knowledge with product expertise and have the possibility to develop a career in many different IT (and non-IT) functions. Also they act as business partners within the Solution Engineering eco-system and are seen as trusted advisors by the Sales Community.

Deliver efficient service outcomes at scale when and where customers engage. Oracle Service is a unified platform of apps data and capabilities enabling effortless self-service agent-assisted service and field service workflows tailored to your industry and use case.



Responsibilities

The candidate we are looking for has solid professional experience in CX and ideally haveexpertise with Oracles CX Cloud suite with focus on Field Service and Fusion Serviceproduct areas::

  • Lifecycle Field service automation business processes and/or implementation experience in Oracle CX products like Fusion Service Field Service and Digital Assistant (good to know)
  • ITIL certification or knowledge / insights about the service support flows
  • Good techno-functional skills in Oracle Fusion Applications in CX area
  • Expertise in Application Composer groovy scripting good to know

The candidate should have experience on/worked with CX software products (preferably: worked for implementation or support) likeField Service and Fusion ServiceRightNow ServiceNow Sales Force Service Clous Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Serviceetc. and has a strong customer focus. He or she is comfortable in delivering presentations and is always looking to raise the bar of own skills and competencies.

This would mean that you feel responsible for making sure that the customer embraces the benefits of our solutions based on your understanding of the real business needs of that customer. Your approach towards work is creative and you are proactive in coming up with solutions that lead to winning the deal.
