YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Younsure a high-quality lead pipeline by allocating and qualifying leads from different sources for US efficiently
You set up monitor and continuously optimize lead queues and teams
You initiate lead campaigns using internal and external databases
You create reports and analyze key KPIs (e.g. lead conversion response time source performance) to drive process improvements and report issues
You closely collaborate with international Telesales teams especially US to help them achieve efficiency and revenue goals
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Education Bachelors degree or higher in Business or a related field
Professional Experience Several years of experience in lead management or sales/marketing operations
Data Analysis & Reporting Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data
Technical Skills Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and tools like Excel or Power BI
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
