This position has all responsibilities for overall inbound and outbound logistics inventory management demand planning and 3rd party management to support consistent business growth.
- Communicating and interface with Customer Service RA/QA Sales Marketing Field Service ISI Global teams and other relevant departments.

- Perform as a core team player associated with entire supply chain and related areas to ensure the stability of product supply service quality and cost reduction for for finished goods system configurable items and the service parts.
- Manage trade/logistics compliance in a daily work
- Respond to the request from Global Logistics team & Global Trade Compliance team
- Monitor overall inbound process to meet the business requirement and urgency.
- Responsible for supporting & leading day-to-day warehouse operations covering inbound outbound and returns.
- Liaise with 3PL Freight forwarder to prevent or resolve if any issue occurs.
- Develop and Maintain desktop procedures KPIs and SOPs
Periodic review of sales plan vs actual demand to maintain optimal level of inventory. - Conduct daily cycle count and monthly WMS & SAP inventory reconciliation.
- Manage customer backlog to expedite the fulfillment and enhance timely shipment from supplier.
- Manage the 3PL warehouse utilitation to secure sufficient storage capability.
- Summarize/manage vendors KPIs and cost for continuous improvement.
- Review the service providers performance periodically.
- Provide analysis of key metrics.
- Analyze the actual cost versus budget on a monthly basis.
- Communicate closely with 3PL & service providers to ensure continuous and efficient workflow.
- Inspect the monthly expenses based on the contracted rate and obtain payment approval according to the monthly expense closing schedule.
- Responsibility for ad-hoc project
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
- Minimum 10 years experience in SCM
- Good communication problem-solving collaboration interpersonal skills.
Required Education and Training:
- Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Working experience in medical device industry is preferred.
- Data analytical skills skillful Excel and experience in SAP.
- 3PL bidding and movement experience is preferred.
