Description

Why the role

As a growing firm we are looking for aData & Reporting Analyst to provide accurate data and reporting to stakeholders across the business. This involves gathering requirements collecting and interpreting data and creating and maintaining comprehensive reports and visualisations that communicate findings clearly.

Your role would also involve:

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Perform data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) from multiple sources to support reporting and analysis.
  • Design and deliver high-quality interactive Power BI reports that clearly communicate key metrics and trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Support cross-functional teams with data analysis and interpretation to uncover insights and present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for key data sets and reports.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity by undertaking data quality monitoring activities.
  • Run the monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
  • Documentation of reporting processes.


Skills And Experiences

Who are you

  • 5 years experience in data analysis and reporting preferably within a multi-stakeholder environment coupled with a relevant degree.
  • Proven experience working across the full BI lifecycle with an emphasis on requirements gathering data modelling report and dashboard design and deployment.
  • Proficient in SQL DAX Studio and Power BI for querying transforming and visualising data from various sources.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards that clearly communicate key metrics and trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Quick to learn new technologies and processes with a proactive and autonomous work style.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills for engaging non-technical stakeholders.
