We firmly believe that understanding our users is the key to delivering exceptional line with this belief we are in search of a talented Remote UX Researcher to join our dynamic team.
As a Remote UX Researcher you will hold a pivotal role in shaping our products. Your understanding of user needs behaviors and motivations will be instrumental. You will conduct research that guides our design and development processes ensuring that we deliver solutions that are not just user-friendly but also accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Plan design and conduct user research through various methods (interviews surveys usability testing etc.) to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
2- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
3- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers product managers and other stakeholders to translate research findings into design recommendations.
4- Create user personas journey maps and other artifacts to communicate research insights effectively.
5- Continuously monitor and evaluate user experiences to inform iterative design improvements.
6- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Design etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
2- Proven experience in UX research methodologies and techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
4- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5- Experience with remote research tools and software (e.g. Zoom UserTesting Lookback etc.) is a plus.
6- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
