Manage and lead scoping on Solution Integration & Implementation activities
Accelerate Business Development proactively identify and pursue new opportunities through direct client engagement fostering trust and uncovering unmet needs that drive expansion and revenue growth.
Enhance customer engagement & loyalty Strengthen strategic relationships through face to face interactions ensuring alignments with client objectives and delivering a personalized high- touch experience.

Technical & Strategic Leadership:
10 years in technology services leadership with hands-on experience in digital self-service solutions (portals data platforms search optimization).
Deep understanding of full-stack development (React Java/Spring Boot) and modern data architectures (APIs metadata management cloud platforms).
Proven ability to align technical solutions with business outcomese.g. leveraging data findability search relevance or automation to drive customer adoption.
Experience overseeing DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (AWS/Azure Docker Kubernetes) to ensure scalable secure service delivery.
Business Development & Customer Growth:
Track record of expanding services revenue through upselling/cross-selling digital transformation solutions
Ability to translate technical capabilities into client value
Strong C-level engagement skills to articulate ROI of self-service platforms and secure buy-in.
Operational Excellence:
Led teams in agile development of self-service tools ensuring UX simplicity and backend reliability.
Hands-on experience with data governance (profiling lineage quality) and search technologies (Elasticsearch Solr) to enhance product offerings.
Onsite/field presence to troubleshoot critical issues guide architecture decisions and foster client trust.
