Urgent Hiring Mechanical Head (DRI)
Location: Add Location
Position: Mechanical Head DRI (Direct Reduced Iron)
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Experience: 10 years in mechanical maintenance within DRI or steel plant operations
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical operations and maintenance of the DRI plant
Ensure minimal breakdown and maximum uptime of all equipment
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians
Monitor performance of critical equipment like kilns coolers conveyors etc.
Coordinate with electrical and production teams for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance standards
Key Skills:
Kiln Cooler Gearbox & Conveyor Maintenance
Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance
Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting
Manpower Handling & Team Leadership
Strong knowledge of DRI/Steel Plant Machinery
Maintenance Planning & Documentation
