Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Airport Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of airport operations. The successful candidate will ensure safe secure and efficient airport services manage staff and facilities and uphold regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day airport operations including airside landside terminal services and security.

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards (e.g. ICAO FAA CAA local authorities).

Coordinate with airlines ground handlers government agencies and service providers to maintain smooth operations.

Manage airport budgets procurement staffing and financial performance.

Lead and develop airport personnel including operations security maintenance and administrative teams.

Handle emergency response planning drills and crisis management.

Monitor airport infrastructure maintenance schedules and capital improvement projects.

Enhance passenger experience by improving services signage and operational efficiency.

Ensure environmental and noise management compliance.

Prepare reports performance metrics and present operational updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Aviation Management Business Administration Engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in airport or aviation operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of airport safety security and operational procedures.

Excellent leadership decision-making and communication skills.

Familiarity with airport systems (e.g. AODB FIDS BHS etc.) and regulatory frameworks.

Ability to manage multiple departments and work in a 24/7 operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g. IAP from ACI AAAE accreditation).

Experience managing medium to large-scale airport facilities.

Knowledge of airport infrastructure development and commercial operations.
