Mission
Provide process engineering support to the JIT manufacturing site ensuring efficiency quality and compliance with Lear standards.

Key Responsibilities
Industrialize new products/processes (PFMEA layouts validation).
Lead setup of new lines and technologies.
Ensure quality ergonomics and productivity.
Drive Lean/Kaizen improvements.
Support automation & Industry 4.0 projects.
Collaborate with suppliers on cost timing quality.

Requirements
Bachelors in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
12 years experience as Process Engineer
English proficiency
PFMEA industrialization project experience

Preferred
24 years manufacturing experience (automation poka-yokes)
Lean Manufacturing APIS machine specs
