What Youll Do:
- Review and moderate content to keep online spaces safe and policy-compliant
- Stay current with platform guidelines and adapt to changing procedures
- Flag and escalate sensitive issues appropriately
- Maintain top performance even during high-volume shopping seasons
What You Bring:
- Fluent German (C2) and English (B2 minimum)
- Clear communication empathy and sound decision-making
- Experience or strong interest in e-commerce and digital environments
- Resilience in fast-paced deadline-driven settings
