Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of customized XM solutions
Analyze data using Qualtrics XM Discover and dashboard tools
Deliver actionable insights to improve client experiences and operations
Integrate data with systems via SFTP and REST APIs
Utilize tools like Stats iQ Text iQ Excel PowerPoint for analysis
Train and support client teams on XM platforms
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Design dashboards/reports for client experience programs
Manage project timelines deliverables and budgets
Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR

Qualifications
5 years in consulting data analysis or related roles
Bachelors in Business Data Science Marketing or related field
Experience with Qualtrics XM Discover or similar platforms preferred
Familiarity with call center operations is an asset
Skilled in Excel Power BI PowerPoint Google Sheets/Slides
DAX and JSON knowledge is an asset
Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
Adaptable detail-oriented and solution-driven
