Were now looking for an experienced and motivatedAccounts Receivable Leadto join our Corporate Finance team in Springvale and help shape the future of our receivables function.
As the Accounts Receivable Lead youll play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our business across the region. Leading a small team youll oversee the full accounts receivable cycle - from invoicing to collections - while driving process improvements managing credit risk and collaborating with key stakeholders across Sales Customer Service and Finance. This is a leadership role that blends operational excellence with strategic thinking and people development.
Lead and develop the AR team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and service excellence.
Oversee the end-to-end AR process ensuring accuracy compliance and timely collections.
Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes and improve customer payment behaviour.
Monitor credit risk and ensure adherence to internal controls policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline AR processes and enhance performance.
Deliver accurate and timely AR reporting including aging analysis claims and cash flow forecasts.
Act as a key liaison between the AR function and internal stakeholders clearly communicating performance risks and opportunities.
Support internal and external audits with transparent documentation and reporting.

To succeed in this role youll bring:
Proven experience in accounts receivable credit management or related financial operations.
Demonstrated leadership in managing AR teams and driving performance improvements.
Strong stakeholder engagement and dispute resolution skills.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC R6 SAP BI) and financial reporting tools.
Change management experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coaching capabilities.
A degree in Finance Economics or Commerce (preferred).
Experience with ReadSoft Process Director (desirable).
