Job Description
As a Sales Channel Privacy & Security Officer you will be responsible for safeguarding administrative access and user permissions across all major sales platforms (e.g. Amazon eBay Temu etc.). You will ensure that access is secure role-appropriate and compliant with internal privacy and security standards. As part of a transition from the global team you will establish robust EU processes for account access management audit readiness and policy enforcement.
You will:
- Set up and manage user access across key sales channels based on business needs and privacy/security standards
- Maintain and regularly audit access permissions to ensure least-privilege principles and compliance with internal policies and document and maintain SOPs for access and privacy protocols
- Act as the gatekeeper for admin-level credentials and access changes
- Enforce data privacy standards and ensure confidential handling of sensitive login credentials
- Support team onboarding/offboarding by provisioning/deactivating access securely and promptly
- Lead incident response efforts related to access breaches or unauthorized activity on sales platforms
- Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams to align sales channel access with broader company controls

We ask:
- User Access Management: Experience managing user accounts and permissions on platforms like Amazon Seller Central Temu eBay etc. would be a plus.
- Communication: Clear and professional communicator when coordinating with internal teams and platform reps.
- Understanding of Privacy & Security Principles: Familiarity with least-privilege access role-based access control (RBAC) and data protection standards.
- System Administration Basics: Comfortable navigating admin panels managing credentials and handling account configurations.
- Incident Response: Ability to respond quickly to access-related security issues or breaches.
- Process-Minded: Can design document and maintain structured workflows and SOPs..
